We're building more homes than ever in the east of Kent as part of our commitment to build 1,500 new homes across Kent by 2025. The homes being built at Walmer

Our latest development is in Walmer, a historic coastal town less than two miles from Deal.

We're building 66 affordable family homes on the Sunningdale Homes development; 40 for social rent and 26 for shared ownership sale. The first homes will be ready for families to move into in December 2020; eight for rent and 11 for sale.

We've been working with councillors for Walmer and Deal and Dover District Council to make sure the homes go to those most in need - including building some of the homes to be suitable for families with wheelchair users.

If you'd like to find out more about how you can buy one of these homes, please visit our shared ownership page, or contact the team by emailing sales@wkha.org.uk or calling 01732 749900.

If you're interested in building homes with us or have land to sell, please contact our development team by emailing developmentteam@wkha.org.uk.
