More information on staying safe in a storm is available on the Met Office website

Repairs

During severe weather, we may focus on dealing with emergencies only, so planned appointments may need to be re-arranged for a later date.

To report an emergency, please call 0800 169 1122.

If you’re reporting any repairs or damage that has happened as a result of the storm, please let us know when you report it.

Contacting us

These events can put high demand on our phone system and customer services team, so you may experience some delays.

If your enquiry is not urgent, please consider phoning later, emailing help@wkha.org.uk, sending us a message on Facebook or using our web form instead.

Other appointments

We have asked our staff to work from home this week where they can, so all non-essential appointments may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
