We want residents, leaseholders and shared owners to let us know how we're performing and how we can improve, because it's the right thing to do! 

We embed resident involvement at the heart of all our services at West Kent, to ensure they work well for those who are receiving them. We also work with Tpas, National tenant engagement experts who provide training and guidance to both staff and residents.
