Keeping your estates looking good
Our grounds maintenance service is provided by Nurture.
The team works in our communities across Kent to make sure our outside spaces are green, tidy and enjoyable for residents.
Their work will be monitored regularly by our resident inspectors. Each inspector completes a feedback form after the contractor has visited, this helps us to identify areas for improvement or issues we need to raise. It helps us to pass on positive feedback to contractors too. Once every three months a report is written and actions are taken based on the feedback received.
Please remember that communal grass, parking areas and alleyways should not be used for storing your personal possessions. These areas must be kept clear to avoid personal possessions being mistaken for rubbish and cleared away.
All our estates receive:
- Grass cutting and hard surface clearance
A minimum of eight cuts per year - 1 March - 31 December - Individual gardens (garden assistance scheme)
Eight cuts per year - 1 March - 31 October - Gullies
Once a year - 17 November - 31 December - Hedges
Two cuts a year - avoiding summer months - Beds and borders
Four times a year - February, May, July and October.
This sort of work is often dependent on the weather so please be patient if they are slightly delayed.
