West Kent has been an enthusiastic supporter of apprenticeships for many years and has provided opportunities in customer services, housing management, marketing and other areas of the business.
An apprenticeship allows you to earn qualifications, get workplace experience and earn a wage – all at the same time. You receive on-the-job training in your chosen field and sometimes additional training from the apprenticeship provider.
Our vacancies are advertised on the apprenticeship providers' own websites and links to any current opportunities will be shown lower down this page. You must make your application through the provider and not to us direct.
From 1 April 2023 all apprentices are paid the real living wage which is £10.90 per hour and this applies to all levels.
