This week, the Women in Housing Awards took place in Manchester, where hundreds of people celebrated the work of women in the sector across 12 award categories.

Sophie Palmer, West Kent's Head of Home Ownership, was named runner-up for the ‘Professional of the Year’ award. This award recognises people who have delivered an outstanding contribution in the housing sector over the last 12 months. While not winning the award, being named runner-up is a great achievement.
