We've already been busy in 2023, with 165 homes already handed over to us from developers for shared ownership sale, and rent.

We recently had some wonderful feedback from residents moving into our two newest developments in Greenhithe and Hoo.

Ife, Pippin Court

In July, we completed our first shared ownership move at Pippin Court in Greenhithe, a development of one and two-bedroom homes near Dartford. Our Sales Adviser, Aran had the pleasure of handing over the keys to the happy residents.

Our new homeowner, Ife Ajanaku said: "From start to finish the West Kent sales team were amazing! They were all great at communication and always helped me with my questions and queries. As a first-time buyer, the team made the process so easy and stress-free. I would love to say a huge thank you to Jane, Emily and Aran for all of their support and guidance on this journey."

Kristel, Church View

In July, we also completed a shared ownership move into one of at Church View, Hoo, a development of seven two and three-bedroom family homes in the Kent countryside.

Kristel Bautista is one of our new, very happy, shared owners. She said: “Thank you all for your support, patience and help in making this happen. You’ve not only treated us as a client but looked into our individual needs and circumstances."

It’s great to see our happy homeowners and their families in their new homes, and wish them all the best!
