Frank Czarnowski, Chief Executive at West Kent will retire at the end of 2019.

Frank joined West Kent in 2001 as Finance Director, taking up the reins as Chief Executive in 2010.

He says: "I am proud that West Kent is in very good shape as it celebrates its 30th birthday. And as we enter our fourth decade, I feel it is a good time for someone else to take up the reins. I will be sad to leave West Kent and the housing sector generally. Like many, I joined the sector by chance, but have stayed for 23 years. I am leaving knowing my time here has been rewarding and hopefully productive. I have worked with many inspiring people and together I hope we have made a difference for our residents."

West Kent's board is leading the process to recruit Frank's successor, starting this week. He will work with the board to ensure a good and orderly succession.

West Kent will continue with its vision to be the leading provider of affordable homes in Kent.
