West Kent has once again been awarded the highest rating for how well the organisation is run and financial stability by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).

In April 2022, the RSH carried out an In-Depth Assessment (IDA) of West Kent. This involved a detailed review of our strategic plans, risk management and board oversight of our performance as outlined in their guidance Regulating the Standards - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Tracy Allison, Chief Executive of West Kent says“I am very pleased that we have been re-confirmed with the top ratings for governance and financial viability from the regulator following their In-Depth Assessment in April 2022. We know housing associations are facing increasing challenges following the pandemic and with the growing cost-of-living crisis, so to be recognised as being a well-managed organisation is fantastic news.”
