We’re proud to announce the development of 57 new homes in Stonehaven Park, Ebbsfleet, as part of its new Garden City.

The development comes in partnership with Redrow, and will see 23 Affordable Rent and 34 Shared Ownership homes built by 2025. West Kent's board at the site

The development is located within the new Ebbsfleet Garden City - the first garden city in over 100 years - which is split into three villages. Ebbsfleet Garden City was announced by the Government in 2016 and is aims to create a sustainable and modern community, offering local amenities and easy public transport links to local towns and London. The site is also bounded by two new linear parks on its eastern and western edges, providing green spaces and recreational areas for residents to enjoy.

Stonehaven Park will sit south of the central village known as ‘Alkerden Village’ where development is currently under construction. A CGI of what the development will look like - flats with lots of green space

All homes are built to a high standard, overlooking green spaces and with EPC ratings of B, ensuring they are warm and cost effective for residents, both now and in the future.

Steven Moore, Development Manager at West Kent said: “This is a really exciting development that we’re pleased to be a part of. It will positively impact so many local people, providing them with good quality homes in a great community setting, while meeting the demand of housing need in the area. We’re proud of our growing partnership with Redrow, with our most recent schemes delivering excellent quality homes, on time and on budget with zero defects, which is fantastic for our residents.”

Phase one will be completed in Spring 2024, with homes available to purchase now. Visit www.westkent.org/sales for more information. Phase two of the development will be completed in 2025.

West Kent marks Transgender Awareness Week

This Transgender Awareness Week, we took a step toward in building inclusive communities by hosting a lunch and learn session. Led by Lio, a West Kent resident and member of the transgender community, the session was an eye-opening opportunity to explore the importance of trans-inclusion in our everyday lives.
