Earlier this summer we launched our Instagram page, with a social media competition asking young people to submit a photo of what they believe shows a positive relationship.

The standard of entries was extremely high, with photos showing a range of positive relationships within families, schools, and local communities.

Charlotte Ede, Youth Services Manager says: "I am so impressed with the skills and creativity of the young people who entered. Recognising and maintaining positive relationships is crucial for young people, and it was a delight to see what this means to each of them".

First place winner Nia received a new Sony Camera, kindly donated by Currys PC World. First runner up Jada received £50 Love to Shop vouchers, and second runner up Freddy Turner received £20 Love to Shop Vouchers. Winning photos were chosen by young people at our Edenbridge HOUSE and New Ash Green youth clubs.

All entries can be seen on our Instagram page by using the hashtag #westkentphotocomp. Follow us by searching westkenthousingassociation in the app. We will be frequently posting photos from our youth and resident engagement events, along with photos of our new developments and charity events.
