Some exciting changes are coming to My West Kent, our tenant portal.

From 10 March 2020, you can use our new-look portal to report repairs - like a radiator not working or a faulty plug socket - and choose from the available appointment slots.

You'll also be able to cancel or re-arrange any existing repair appointments that you have with us.

The service is available 24/7, so you can tell us about your repair and choose a time slot that suits you. You can still use the portal to look at your rent account, update your contact details or tell us about someone moving in our out of your home.

If you have an emergency - like an uncontrollable leak - you should still use our web chat service or call us on 0800 1691122.

If you've forgotten your log-in details, you can reset them here. You'll need your tenancy reference number, which can be found on any rent statements or letters we have sent to you.
