After almost 30 years in the housing sector, Tracy Allison, the Chief Executive at West Kent Housing Association, has announced that she will be retiring from her role in early 2026.

Tracy comments: "I feel privileged to have played a role in West Kent’s success and to have worked with such a highly regarded team. It’s a good time to find my successor as we mark our 35th year and launch our new strategic plan."
