2020 was a year like no other, but we did everything we could to maintain our services and deliver on our promises.

Awaab’s Law comes into force today, 27 October 2025, introducing new legal requirements for social landlords to fix emergency repairs within 24 hours and also investigate significant damp and mould cases within 10 days of being notified.
