West Kent is proud to unveil a new site in Ashford, which is ready for residents! A landscape photo of the outside of Highmead House

Highmead House is a development comprising of 28 new-build homes, landscaping, and infrastructure in Ashford. As part of the development in partnership with Bellway, the existing 2.5 storey Edwardian building has been kept and renovated to create a distinctive character for the new homes.

West Kent has built six new properties, including four x two-bedroom flats and two x two-bedroom maisonettes. The homes will be available for rent and shared ownership from August 2022.

With a range of amenities, good transport links and communities nearby, this will prove to be a great place to live and grow for future residents. The outside and garden space of Highmead House

We know that in the current cost-of-living crisis, having good-quality, affordable homes are crucial for people across Kent. We are prioritising developing new homes in key areas across the county to ensure we are playing our part.”

West Kent progresses the development of the new Woodland Place community, set to provide 106 new homes

Woodland Place is the newly branded scheme in Allington, Maidstone, and sits on the land known as Castor Park. The new development is currently in construction and is set to provide over 100 new homes for with a mix of social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership tenures.
