We have a brand-new resident involvement team; Karen, Loral, and Gavin, who are keen to recruit residents to get involved and represent their community and home.

We’re committed to listening to your views and experiences and acting on the feedback that you give, to really make a positive impact and improvements for you and your home.

There are several exciting opportunities this year, and we’d love you to take part in as many as you can. We’ve included a survey below, which we hope you’ll complete to let us know what you’re interested in.

Once we have completed the survey, we will be setting up induction and training events – which will be in person or online, to make sure that everyone can be included and feel confident. If you wish to stay anonymous – we’re also happy to offer individual training separately.

    • Who can take part

      We welcome all residents.

These opportunities are open to all our residents, and most of the groups will have regular meetings either in person or online. There are simple application procedures that we will be happy to explain.

We encourage residents in our shared ownership properties, and we’ll continue to remain committed to representing the diverse communities where we work.

We will be able to make reasonable adjustments for those with additional needs. Our younger residents (over 16) are also welcome.

    • How will I know what difference has been made?

We’ll publish regular updates about your feedback and suggestions, online and in Neighbourhood News – so we can show how we’ve listened and acted, and what difference your feedback has made to our services.

    • What opportunities are there?

To find out our current opportunities to get involved, visit our resident involvement opportunities page

If you're interested in any of the above opportunities, please fill in the survey below and we’ll be in touch. This survey will stay open until 2 February 2024.
