Brenwards are resuming some external work from Monday 4 May.

We're making sure the buildings we maintain are properly looked after, even during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Starting some work now will prevent a backlog when restrictions are eased. Brenwards staff will be carrying out external work such as roof repairs and repointing, and work in communal areas.Brenwards

Please not approach operatives, for both their safety and yours. They will be observing social distancing rules from all residents, and from each other where possible. They have been provided with protective equipment, including masks and hand sanitiser.

They will not be coming into your home, and will not help with any personal queries or repairs inside your home. We're still only carrying out emergency repairs in your home. If you have an emergency repair, please call 0800 1691122.

You should report any other repairs to our customer service team by using our tenant portal, My West Kent or emailing help@wkha.org.uk.
