We're committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, probity, openness and accountability and expects all workers and stakeholders to maintain high standards.
However, all organisations face the risk of things going wrong from time to time, or of unknowingly harbouring unethical conduct. A culture of openness and accountability is essential to prevent such situations occurring and to address them when they do occur.
Whistleblowing concerns will usually relate to the conduct of our workers and stakeholders, but they may sometimes relate to the actions of a third party such as a customer, supplier or service provider. Anyone carrying out work for, or on behalf of West Kent, including all employees, officers, consultants, contractors, volunteers, interns, casual workers, agency workers, recognised resident representatives, customers, suppliers board members and other stakeholders can and should report a whistleblowing concern.
Whistleblowing concerns can be reported by email to companysecretary@wkha.org.uk or by calling 01732 749400 and requesting a call back from the Head of Risk and Governance.
