What we're doing to improve accessibility
We're working hard to make this website as accessible and easy to use as possible. We've put together a short summary of what we're doing to improve accessibility on this website over the next year.
We also work with residents regularly to make improvements to our website. If you're interested in getting involved, we'd love to hear from you! Visit our resident involvement page for more information.
Our accessibility statements
Our website and customer portal, My West Kent, have been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.
They are both partially compliant. Our accessibility statements set out where our website and customer portal are non-compliant, and when these issues will be fixed.

The communication formats guide explains these services, how you can access them, and how you can give feedback on any you may use.
