My West Kent. Our self-service portal, just for tenants.
My West Kent allows you to:
- Book, cancel and reschedule a wide range of repair appointments.
- Use the new interactive repair tool, to more easily identify and report repairs.
- Contact us for advice on your home or tenancy.
- Update your contact details.
- More easily view your rent account, including any payments and recharges and make payments.
You'll need your unique activation code and portal agreement number to register, if you're not sure what these are, please contact us.

My West Kent will be unavailable until mid June 2025. We will provide a more detailed update by Friday 30 May 2025.
During this time, you won't be able to access your My West Kent account. You can continue to:
- Log repairs using our website form: https://www.westkent.org/your-home/looking-after-your-home-and-garden/report-a-repair-form
- Pay your rent using our secure pay system: https://wkha.mysecurepay.co.uk/
- Email us about anything else: help@wkha.org.uk
